Recently just read this book, Start Late Finish Rich by David Bach. A very recommended book for your life financial planning. My point of view is this book should become a textbook in secondary school or university.

This book actually sharing of a " No Fail Plan For Achieving Financial Freedom At Any Age". The author already inspired thousand of thousand people to become financial independent.

The Author David mentioned never too late to start your financial planning and retire in very comfortable life. The Latte factor mentioned by David is very true in our daily life, people easily spend their money by their heart.

Anyway, dont read this book if you still want to enjoy your life by your heart. Dont read this book if you think 2012 is a doom day for the world.

The book also got translation version in Mandarin.

Just share some of the "Finish Rich" Philosophy.

- It is not too late for you to become rich - if you start today.

- Even if you are buried in debt - there is still hope.

- You dont have to make a lot of money to be rich.

- You dont have to invest in the stocks to get rich.

- You can get rich in real estate - by starting small.

- You can find your Latte factor - and turbocharge it to get rich.

NEW TARGET - P&O

I am wonder what is the bursa theme for next year. So I typed "top pick in klse 2012" and there is not much search result as 2012 not come yet and no one bother to write for 2012.

So I think I have to speculate myself or do my prediction myself. With some research and reading, I make a guess for general insurance related share - which mean all the listed company that have motor insurance business.

Why I make this prediction because there is an increase of motor insurance premium which is approved by Bank Negara Malaysia. Since motor insurance was not revise for more than 30 years. The motor insurance premium will be adjust from 2012 to 2015.

And why I choose P&O because P&O paid very good dividen. If you purchased 1000 P&O share at cost of RM800 and you will entitled RM 56 for dividen. That mean the interest of P&O share is definitely higher than bank's fix deposit which is at 3% per annum - that mean you only get RM30 if you save RM1000 in fix deposit.

Secondly, P&O has largest market share of motorcycle general insurance.

Thirdly all the small and medium motor insurance company will become merge and aquisition target by big player or international player of motor insurance - P&O will also become one of the target.

Fourthly, P&O also has very low PE ratio.

I also make a guess for Kurnia Asia and MAA as these two share also consists of motor insurance. LPI also fall under this category but the share price is a bit high.

Oppurtunity = Preparation + Timing

MBSB-WA - A Missing Target

I had closely monitored for this share MBSB under finance sector. The MBSB-WA was fall down to as low as RM0.385 on 26 Sep 2011. Few days later after investor already managed to absorb all the bad news is actually not that bad for European countries crisis. The share price had gone back to RM0.63 on 07 Oct 2011. That mean the share increase margin is 63%.

On the other way if you used RM3858 to purchase 10,000 unit of MBSB-WA and hold it for two weeks time and you RM3858 will become RM6300. Or the gross profit is RM2442.

I always asking myself why I didnt purchase MBSB-WA as RM0.385 was already a very low price. After I analyze myself, I was expected the share to drop further which is I never know what is the lowest price. And I also not ready to take risk because did not analyze the macro and micro economy of the whole financial system.

Let bygone be bygone, always tell yourself never panic when the situation become worst. No matter how bad is the situation, there will be always an opportunity over there.

Love's Secret Language by 郑棣盛

Last Saturday, My friend bought me a ticket for a talk with title " Love's Secret Language". It is the funniest talk on love and relationships by Hong Kong's famous speaker Dick's Cheng!

The talk is full of laughter and funny yet very meaningful contents. The speaker actually is a motivational speaker and is a human psychologist and marriage counselling consultant.

The speaker quoted a lot of example why the relationship of a pair of couple having problem and how to reduce the problems. All of the quoted examples are real life cases. Thanks very much to my friend who actually buy me the ticket and invite me to go for the talk. If I know the talk is so funny, educational, so inspiring and meaningful for understanding of a relationship, I will definitely buy and bring my friends, my clients and probably my parents to the talk.

The talk not only cover relationship between couple buy also for parents and kids relationship. Very true in life, we should not throw emotional feeling to other people. The speaker also quoted our China Moral Anchestor Kong Zi 孔子 because Dick mentioned if most of the people follow the Kong Zi's theorem and the world will become more peaceful and relationship between couples will become better.

Anyway, I thinking if any person who attend the talk can practice whatever action or tips by the speaker in real life - then the value of attending the talk is very very much than the ticket price of RM15.00. A good relationship is cannot be value acually - but can be improved and appreciated - but of course have to done by two person.

Attend To A Great Motivation Talk

Today went to a motivation talk - get known to this very Fantastic speaker Adam Khoo from Singapore. He is a self made millionaire by age of 26 and multi millionaire at the age of 36.

He shared how he become millionaire by strategy. He say "Never Take No As An Answer!!" and "There is always the way!". His motivation talk is really different from other speaker and he shared some of his real life examples.

After listen to his talk, I have something in my mind. Everybody of us can earn money by active way or passive way. Active income means you use your knowledge and hardwork and earn the money everyday and you have to use your energy to do so to get active income. Passive income is you use your money to earn money by rent out your property or get dividen or appreciation gain from share.

Adam told us he is just like other ordinary youth but he attended NLP programme and this is changing his life. I can see from him that people who willing to learn and making changes will tend to success compared to people who not willing to learn and making changes. Of cos there is no right or wrong as the speaker said this is up to the individual mindset,lifestyle and living environment.

One thing I admire Adam is He mentioned we must dare to Think Big and Dream Big. With some strategies and planning and hardwork then success is just the process of achieving our goal.

Usually I will leave early from the motivation talk if I cannot learn much from the speaker but today the speaker had provided me some great ideas and some inspirations and I was in the hall until the talk ended.

Meeting A Great Mother

I dont why but just drive my car all the way to Selayang to meet this old woman. She was introduced by one of my client.

I had departing from my house as early as 9.00am although our appointment is 10.30am. I didnt prepare much but bring a book together with me to meet the old woman which is Mdm Ooi.

I talking to Mdm Ooi and she shared a lot about her investment in properties and personal life. From our conversation, she actually go thru a lot of difficulties and unhappiness during her marriage life and she managed to bring up her two kids by herself alone.

But Mdm Ooi very determined and strong to face all the reality and cruelty of life. Now she quite enjoying her life and she told me that she was travelling to 3 countries this year. I can see she already live to her life and she also doing Tai Chi.

She try to make arrangement for her next generation by purchasing some properties for her son and daughter. I even borrowed her one of the property investment book and she was asking me to get few nice investment book.

Although I get nothing from the apointment but I meet a great mother and a great lady. Just a nice conversation.

Wake Up In Early Morning

Today just wake up aroun 6.22am. I saw there is 3 sms in my handphone. Sleep at 11.00am yesterday since very tired and wake up early continuous few days.

I opened the door and walked around at my backyard. Checking my fruits trees, flower and some plants. Feeding my little fishes in the pond and let my doggie to piss around the compound.
Going to Nasi Lemak Stall to buy nasi lemak for breakfast and cooking two half boiled eggs for my breakfast. Making a cup of coffee to complete my breakfast set.

Departing to office around 9.30am....... Start a day with my favourite breakfast......

Just like recently WCT managed to get Concession Agreement with MAHB to manage KLIA 2.

With more understanding for the company and waiting for the right timing. Just be prudent risk taking and the profit of share investment will waiting you after few months.

Always try to buy low and sell and this is method that is very safe and conservative. Do some homework or preparation before go to exam hall and this preparation will make sure you will not fail in the exam.

Timing - Another Important Element of Share Investment

Timing is very important element in share investment. Will you know who will be your last life partner? No one of us can answer definitely. Same to share investment - there is no definite answer how long you want to hold a share or when you can find a right share.

Of cos in the right timing and you have picked up the right share to invest, then you reward will be tremendous one. If you select at share at the wrong time or down trend time, of cos it will affect your investment progression and probably hurt yourself.

Share investment is just like a human situation. You may miss the right girl or right guy at the wrong timing. Just like you miss a chance to buy a good share at the good timing. But you may ask how to find a good share at the right timing? At the same time, you may also ask yourself how to find a good life partner at the right time?

With good preparation and open heart, when the right share is appear in front of you and you feel it is the timing you can take risk then you can start to invest in the share. Same goes to human relationship.

In share investment, the right timing to invest would be when all people are run away from share market and the share price is really lower than the share value.

Expose to As Many Share As Possible Like A Single Man Looking For Fair Lady

How to search a good share to invest from the share market? There are thousand of share to choose from. Actually share or stock is a creation of mankind so the characteristics of share or stock is also same to characteristics of man or woman.

Searching a good share to invest is just like searching a good life partner for your wholelife. Indeed if you had bought the right share for your wholelife then your wholelife will be easier, more happy and enjoyable. It goes same if you marry a right partner and you will also have easier life, more happy and wonderful life experience.

Everyone know searching a good share is upmost important. But how to search a good share? It is very same situation in normal life. How to search a good guy or good girl to marry? Of cos exposure to as many as guy you can meet. If you only exposure to 1 guy or 2 guy then how you get know to good guy. There is only 5 to 10 guys is very nice one out of 1000 guys. There is only 30 to 60 guys is considerable good out of 1000 guys. There is around 800 to 900 guys from 1000 guys is average. And needless to say, the balance of 100 guys will mean guys out of 1000 guys. If you only expose to 1 or 2 guy then there is a big possibility that you will meet average guys or mean guys because 9 out of 10 is in this category.

( No offend or no special meaning of mean or average guys, somebody like to have normal life or average life can choose average guys. There is no wrong or right to choose nice guy or bad guys. And the defination of nice guys for everyone of us also different. As long as you happy with bad guy, you also can choose bad guy - maybe you have the ability to change them from bad to good!)

Above situation also applicable in share market. You have to expose to share counter as many as possible then only you will meet 5 to 10 very rewarded and wonderful share. There is only 30 to 60 growing share waiting to you to become successful together with them. So the lesson advise us to get know to as many share as we can. Take out the newspaper and study the company from each category. Just like you want to know which type of guy or girl then you search for that type of guy or girl that suite you. Do it day by day, maybe one day one counter just like knowing a girl or a guy. You probably cant get know to 100 guys or girls in one day right? Same to exposure to share.

Once the exposure part is done. For example if you get know to 500 guys, then what will you going to do next? Of cos filteration or selection, If you are wise and smart of cos you will list out the best guys and nice guys. Then try to start a relationship with them because these guys probably will become your lifetime partner.

Same in share selection and filteration, we have to choose the right share to invest or else our wholelife will become miserable or not so happy or difficult. Choosing a right share is as important as choosing a right man or woman to become your life partner.

For your info - Choosing a right share and choosing a right guy or right girl can be done parallel. Anyway you can choose not to choose a share because you dont want to take risk or you dont want to get your money losses. No wrong or right. As long as you feel happy for your life.

For me, I want to have both done in very well manner. I do not scare mistake as we learn from mistakes rather than just avoid mistake by just sit there and wait.

In search of good share or good partner is upmost important when we are young and still have capital to take risk......

Share Investment Is An Art of Prediction and Forecasting

I always tell my friend share is not for play but for invest. If you know nothing about share it is better you dont touch it totally.

Before you start share investment, you must have some ambition to earn hundred thousand or millions in long term and not few hundreds in a very short term. A lot of people fail or make loss in share market because they "play share" instead of "invest share".

When you earn few hundred in share market, will you satisfy and make profit and sell the share?
A lot of people earn few hundred and sell their share. There is no wrong or right to do so. You must know what company you investing.

For me, share investment is an art of prediction and forecasting. But we are not simply predict and forecast. Every prediction and forecast actually is supported by extensive of informations and history. Dont simply forecast and predict without any evidences of facts to support your prediction and forecasting.

Hopefully can share some example in future - so start "invest share" now instead of "play share".

Mega Sale In Share Market!

Recently all the shares in KLSE is dropped to almost one year lowest. You can see many arrows pointing down when you read Sin Chew Cai Jing( Business column for Sin Chew Jit Poh). This is a good signals for good share selection!

From my personal prediction, the share market will further down for another 20%. This is a right time to do extensive homework in order to have good result in coming year. Today I shared some point of views in share investment with my friend. To my surprise he actually made some loss in share investment. But luckily he accepted his mistake and want to learn and improve in share investment in coming time.

Sometimes if we make mistake, I think we have to admit it and do changes and improve for better future. Admit mistake then you know your weakness and strength so other people will assist you in what you doing. Because this world if full of people who want to help you success unless you resist and scare to success!

To my friend, one day you will definitely success. With patience, hardwork and determination, the success is not far away from you.

For the new beginner of share investment, there is a book titled " I LOVE STOCK ! " by Pauline Yong. The author is a Malaysia and a lady. She got a lot of experience in share investment and she wrote down all the knowledge of share investment based on Malaysia Market.

This book can get from MPH. And it only cost RM33.80 and free a Financial Planning CD. It is a very good book for entry level for start investing in KLSE.

If you really want to retire in a very comfortable lifestyle. Dont hesitate to buy the book and learn and if cannot understand always seek guideance from those are experienced.

Prepared youself because the chance is coming very soon( share market is existing good opportunity as most of share will drop to lowest point) and for few more months(at least give the market 12 to 24 months cos no one single share in KLSE will rise like sky rocket in short term, you also have to work at least one year in order to get bonus from your company right?) - you may pay 2 or 3 months bonus for yourself if you start doing homework now.

Dont let your boss determine your bonus but yourself !

Chapter 2.1 How to Minimize Risk in Share Investment

As Warrant Buffett said:" Rule No 1 :Never Loss Money, Rule No 2, Never forget Rule No 1. "

Every single cent that accummulate for investment is very precious to a new beginner. How to follow Rule No 1 of Warrant Buffett? Simple answer: Buy the share when the share is desperately low. Of cos select the share that you are 100% familiar with what they are doing in the company.

How to know the share market is already desperately low? Pls have a look on Sin Chiew's share price column. When there are more than 100 arrows pointing downward on the same day that mean the market is almost at the lowest level within 52 weeks.

Start buying the share when other people keep telling how bad is the market and do not enter the market. Buy the share when the value of the share is totally not tally with the share price(mean the share price is really low).

When you buy a share at it's lowest price and you dont have much to loss any more. The next step you have to do is be patient for one or two years. Your capital will grow more if your heart is much more patient.

Chapter 2. Risk and Returns

Share is actually a creation of man. So the share will have its character just like a man. Choosing a share is as important as choosing a man/woman for yourself.

Risk to Marry a Stranger Man
- because you are not sure who is this man(will he is a doctor, lawyer, accountant, conman, ect)
- because you are not familiar with this man(his habits, living style, hobby,thinking,etc)
- because you dont have knowledge or info of this man
- because you cannot contorl this man

Risk will appear
- because you not sure about share investment
- because you not familiar with share investment
- because you dont have knowledge of share investment
- because you cannot control the share

Returns
-is money earns from investment minus all cost related
High risk, High return!
Low risk, Low return!!
No risk, No return!!!

Is that anyway that Low risk High return scenario happen in Share Investment?

That is possible but need a lot of study, research, filter, timing and understanding of the share.

Always prepare for the worst scenario - just like you did not study a man/woman, and decide to marry him/her - like this - it is depend on luck. Never depend on luck when investing is share market.

To avoid Risk in share investment. you have to ask yourself -
- Are you sure you heard this company before, ask at least 10 people to get your answer.
- Are you familiar with what the company doing?
- Are you have the knowledge of the company operation and how they make money?
- Are you able to control the update of the company?

Bitter first Sweet later @ Sweet first Bitter later 先苦后甜 @ 先甜后苦

From the property talk I attend, I learn from the speaker SW Tan that some very Chinese Traditional Thinking. I also very understand that every success must have a untold efforts and sacrifices behind.

The speaker and his wife(Mrs Tan) just merely a couple graduated from local university. They just like ordinary people start to work as executive in corporate work. Everything start from zero. Although they are married and they just went to Local to travel because they understand sacrifices in 15 years ago will make what they have today. I respect Mrs Tan very much because she seldom request Mr Tan for oversea travel and luxury life spending. Every single cent that they save is putting in property investment.

By borrowing some capital from parent and mostly use whatever they save, Mr Tan & Mrs Tan start to own their first commercial property, second, slowly third and now more than ten. If one of the couple is not cooperate or cannot sacrifice and there will be no what they have today.

There point behind this real case is are you willing to taste bitter first or sweet first? Think about it - today bitter may become future honey. Whatever life you choose is your human right and nobody will care your decision.

Sweet or Bitter - which one first - think about it.....

Property Investment - Do you have the Gut?

After I attending the property talk, I really learn something.

Actually many of us already know this quote - "Success is you doing what other people not dare to do" the doing is mean your effort, your gut and your planning in the direction that not much peole will follow.

From the property talk, one of the lady aged 28 years old already possess 4 properties to collect rental for her. She started to purchase her 1st property in age of 19 years old and she is not come from rich family. After she met the property speaker Mr SW Tan in Sony and she didnt hesitate to follow what her senior(SW Tan) told her in investing properties. One by one she already have 4 properties to collect rent and she planning to retire at age of 40 to 45.

Do you have gut to start? That is a question in everybody heart.

No matter whether do you have gut in property investment or share investment or business venture or self improvement or love life - The gut you have will lead you what you become after twenty years.

So seriously learn and start to do whatever you think it is right for your life since you still have gut......

A lady told me that she is interested in share investment but she dont have any capital to start up. She also asked me how much the capital must have in order to start up.

I told the lady - it is merely RM3000 or RM5000 initial capital to start. But how to start to accummulate or prepare the initial capital of RM3000 or RM5000 to start is depend on how strong is your desire.

If I tell you that your initial capital of RM3000 will confirm become RM6000 after one year - will you try all your effort to get RM3000?

Actually a lot of things can be realized if you think big and dare to start - of cos you also have to prepare to take the risk to lost all of your initial capital ( Will share how to minimize the risk of share investment in next chapter).

知道，领悟，觉悟 "Zhi Dao, Ling Wu, Jue Wu"

Today I went to hiking with one of my boss. The hill is located at Segar Perdana Cheras. Never do any hiking more than two years after I stupidly turn down a girl invitation to go for hiking at Broga Hill. A kind of regret!


The hill is a quite steep and took me a lot of energy. My boss teach me a lot during hiking. He share his life experiences with me. Cant imagine he did the hiking almost everyday. Of cos he is a very inspiring man I met. He is always inspiring people to growth, success and become stronger.

Very Tired Now...although I still have some point in mind to write to remind myself......


My boss said basically every action must go thru 3 steps which is "know the matter(Zhi Dao), realize the matter(Ling Wu), and understanding the matter(Jue Wu)" For example, Every one of us know healthy is very important( know the matter ), Everyone know exercise can make us healthy, eat nutricious and healthy food is good for health( realize the matter ), But not everyone practise exercise, eat tasteless healthy food ( most of the people failed on understand the matter which is "Jue Wu"). People will only understand or "Jue Wu" when there is health problem in their life - For eg when you sick then you only understand or "Jue Wu" the importance of exercise or eat healthy food in daily life.

For me, I am very agree with the points. For eg financial planning is also applicable is the 3 steps. Everyone of us also know financial planning is very important, Everyone know good financial planning can lead us to comfortable retirement lifestyle, But how many people practise it? No much people understand or "Jue Wu" about financial planning.

For me, this is also same in share investment process. If you dont invest early and seriously at young age, do you think you will start invest and you have kids, when you get old or just ignore it?

Most of us tend to Zhi Dao and Ling Wu but not Understand......

Will you Jue Wu in early of your life or late of your life...... Think about it......

从危机中寻找生机

This company really facing crisis during PKFZ issue. The share price is dropped to RM0.20. After almost 12 months later. The share price is go back to normal which is as high as RM0.78.

Wantan Mee or Leng Lui

Early in Sunday morning, my friend drive me to a stall in Cheras to eat wantan mee. He say there is a beautiful girl/lady helping her parents to sell wantan mee.

Of cos if can eat delicious wantan mee and also have chance to see beautiful lady, then I set my alarm clock before sleep.

When we arrived the stall with my friend and his wife and his worker. My friend tell me the beautiful girl is not coming today. I told my friend maybe she is dating till late yesterday and cant wake up this morning.

And this is my second time to eat wantan mee at the stall because first time I didnt manage to see the lady. My friend keep on promoting the girl is very pretty and kind make me so eager to see the real person.

At 8.30am, the lady finally showed up. The lady is really nice looking and in fact very helpful to her family. Of cos the lady is not as pretty as I imagine but she really dont care people's view and help her family to run the wantan mee business.

Maybe what my friend say is beauty in her heart. It is true - how many pretty lady will help her family to run business under noisy, crowed and hot and humid environment( the lady also help to cook the wantan mee ).

I can see from my friend's wife - her face is sour when my friend keep on prasing the lady......
My friend told me if he not marry then he will chase the lady......

If......

Duck Noodle

That day I went to Melaka for training. My best buddy introduced me to eat a duck noodle which is quite famous in Melaka.

Before finding our way to the duck noodle place, we actually lost our way but just keep finding and trying to the way.

The duck noodle is delicious because it didnot taste so much. That mean the duck noodle is quite healthy. The shop also sell very special ABC which is not common see in other place.

The duck noodle actually is our supper, we having it around 12'o clock at night since quite boring staying in hotel.

I always thinking if I can open a Duck Noodle stall in my place - Kajang then my stall will enjoy a very good business because there is no duck noodle in Kajang. And I will modify a bit for the duck soup to attract more duck noodle fans.

I can recall when I was 15 years old, I had planning to open a porridge/congee shop. I remember I also write down several types of porridge that will sell in my stall.

So simple to think a business but how manay people will start it? Maybe one day......

I start to ask my Mum - where can buy slaughter ducks? Dont be surprise if one day I open a duck noodle shop? Haha......

Thailand WaterLily Blooming Again

My Thailand WaterLily is blooming again. Her last show up was a year ago. Unlike the waterlily from Malaysia, she take quite some time to blooming. This waterlily do not emit fragrance unlike Malaysia waterlily which will emit strong sweet fragrance.

To take care Thailand Waterlily have to control the quality of water and fertilizer. She only can last for two to three days unlike Malaysia water lily can last for 5 to 7 days.

Maybe It take so long for it to blooming make me feel so special and scarce. Just like meet a old friend after one year kind of feeling. But I think I should treat my every friend like just meet after one year - so the meet up will be a full of caring, full of delight and full of blessing......

I like to eat this fruit when I was small. After more than many many years, my neighbour give us a small plant and we started to take care of it.

Dont know since when I not so keen to eat this fruit maybe there are many seeds inside the fruit. Anyway I like her name -- Sugar Apple after search from Google.

The Sugar Apple tree only bear one fruit this time so I think the fruit will go into my mother stomach later since I not so keen on it. Anyway this fruit should be hers since she take care the fruit tree very good.

Roses

I cant remember since when I like roses very much. Maybe it is the fragrance of roses. But not all the roses will emit sweet fragrance as my knowledge.

That days bought few pots of different colours roses and try to plant at my backyard. I know the roses is not easy to take care under hot temperature. Just buy and try to plant it. Hopefully it can be alive for few months.

Last time I bought a book which is about Designing A Roses Garden At Your Home. Roses is actually Queen of Flower according to the book. There are so many types of roses can be planted.

Sun Flower Planting Plan

Since stop planting Sunflower for fews years, I am thinking to replant sunflower in front of my house during Chinese New Year. The sunflower seeds from few years cant germinate so I have to go Sungai Buloh Nursery to buy Sunflower plants.

I bought three plants and planted it at my backyard. After waiting the Sunflower to bloom and waitng the Sunflower to dried and the flower will becoming seeds of Sunflower. Then I will use the seeds to plant many Sunflowers. Hopefully the calculation of Flowering cycle will be accurate in order to have Sunflower to bloom during Chinese New Year at my house.

Yesterday I was talking to one of my ex-colleague. She was getting married soon and invited me to her wedding dinner. I was asking her life and work kind of things. She was asking me is there any good share to invest at the moment.

I asked her back : " what type of character of share you want to invest? There are Blue chips share, Growing share, cheap and high risk share, IT share and etc."

I joked back - I said you already find a share ( her husband ). It is depend how you want to groom your share(husband). If He is a Growing share,then you may have to fight in career together with him to become better and better in future( must grow together in work or life ). If He is a simply share you just pick without doing any research or just follow other people's commend, then he might be a nightmare for you. My friend pretty agreed with me and she tell me that she realized that her hometown actually got a lot of divorce cases and irresponsible marriage cases. I just advised her that her parents is a good example for marriage and mine parents too.

But I know she finally find her right share because she is pretty happy with her marriage life. I encouraged her to faster give birth to a baby since her age is not young already......so I can have a new business. She laugh and we stopped the conversation after almost an hour chat.

I alwasy tell my friends - Finding a lifetime partner is just like finding a share to invest in share market. There is thousand of shares in share market for you to choose and pick. Find the share character which is suit you and hold it for maybe twenty or thirty or whole life.

At Last also rethink what kind of share you are in other people's mind --- Because everyone is also a share will be picked or judged by other people......

Today one of my friend tell me he is going to Austrilia to looking for his dream.

I tell my friend - You just go ahead, let me take care of your family. Just work hard for 3 to 5 years, and life will become better. Just go make a new life and life experience will make you richer( richer may not in financial but also life experience, mindset, thinking etc....

Of cos I also shared some motivation and encouragement examples to my this ambitious friend. I am so glad too for my friend deciosion.

A lot of people reluctant to make changes or improvement - but that is nothing wrong - because people tend to do whatever make them feel better or comfort. Because changes is a pain and discomfort. I am also the one in this scenario but sometimes I also force myself to improve and changes.

I very glad my friend willing to do changes and open up his mindset. I can see he is very close to success. I also can feel his spirit.

Thinking A Name

Recently was busy thinking a name. Trying to set up a partnership company with one of my friend and my friend let me to decide the name.

My feeling is just thinking a name to new born baby. Although I dont have any baby yet, but I guess the new company has the same nature as a baby. First must choose a good name to the company so the company will operate and grow healthiedly.

After giving a good name to the new company, I think my next step is to take great care to this new born company. I am imagining wake up at night and stay till late to think about the company - just like a real father feed milk to new born baby.

Will it be a good decision to have a new born baby?

A very subjective question --You try it and you will know it --

意外的结果

That day, I saw my mom suddenly take good care of this tree and I felt curious. I realized that the tree is bearing some Jambu Air or Water Apple. It is the only bunch of three jambu air.

My mother wrapped the fruits with plastic bag to avoid the pest attack. I remembered I used to tell my mother that I want to remove the tree since it is not bearing any fruits. My mother scored me and said just leave it there. She not allowed me to touch the tree although I am the tree's owner.

The water apple is really a surprise to me because it's height is just barely taller to me. I dont expect it to bear fruits so fast. The water apples come to me so sudden. Just like my job, there is a sudden deal of a case. But I thinking back, we really did a right job before seeing the result. I used to put fertilizer to the tree, mom watering and trimming the trees. Same like me, doing the right things for my jobs scope. The fruits of hardwork will come to you one day.

I guess my mother will be the happy one as now she already retired and have more time to take care of the backyard.

I am thinking next time I can used all the fruits from my backyard to do a Fruit Rojak since I have Water Apple, Mango, Hog Plum and Avocado......

Although Avocado not yet fruiting....but I believe one day it will bearing a fruit of hardwork. Have to hardworking to watering and fertilizing the Avocado tree from today onwards.....

This is the quote of one TVBS cooking programme. I very much like to watch this TV show because the two cook actors in the show always try their very best to prepare simple and delicious dishes. The purpose of the show is to teach house wife or those who like to cook simple and delicious dish.

This show also make you laugh loudly as the show host always tease the two cooks in the funny way. The host always say house wifes must watch their show because if house wife can cook the delicious food and thier husband will go back home on time. The husband will be unforgiven if they didnt go home if their wife can cook food so nicely.

Truely this show really teach cooking as simple as it could be. They always want newly wed house wife to learn the simple cooking way. The two cooks in the show always teach how to win Parent-in-law's heart and kids's appetite by cooking delicious food. They also teach food decoration in order to let your guests say "Wow".

This is the best cooking show I ever watch and hope this show will continuous teach good dishes.

One of my colleague ask me some opinion for investing in property. I share with him my point of view. Although my colleague is a Group Sales Manager have income several time of mine but he still want to get my opinion in investment.

I told my colleague that investing is actually an art of prediction. In investing, you must evaluate your risk - whether you are able to withstand the risk or accept the risk. I told my colleague, if the property in certain area is already a mature area then there is no much property appreciation in that area. I told my colleague, we must clearly define our purpose of property investment. Wheather we want to earn a large sum from property disposal or rental income or we want both together.

I told my colleague the first property we planning to buy is very important because it will affect our second and third property purchase. So we cant make any mistake in the first step. He was so excited and ask me to show him the property investment I had made. I told my colleague my investment is just a small and simple one, but it will definitely going to be second and third investment.

I am not sure wheather I share the right info to my colleague, but at least I know he want to learn... It is no harm to sharing what I know to him as his enthusiasm already showed from his eyes.

I just hope I get another friend who has same ambition in life...

BMW 5 Series

Today my friends drive me to Seremban by his BMW 5 series. We actually went to a law firm to enquire the lawyer about our Sales and Purchase agreement. I was sitting at the back seat of the car like a boss as my friends drive his car and another friend sit on passanger seat.

Somehow I dont know why I cant enjoy the comfort of the car maybe it is not my car. The feeling sit inside the BMW is like sitting in an aeroplane. Anyway thanks to my friend to give me a drive.

Afternoon, my uncle called me and tell me he got some cheap durians from his friend and all the durians is well known crone durian. In order to show my gratitude to the friend who drive me today, I give him three durians - red prawn, bamboo legs and 101.

My friend enjoys the king of fruit and praise the Lord with Carlsberg!

Maybe I should learn to relax sitting in a luxury car like a boss......

Peach Pie

Just want to share the Peach Pie Recipe to my friend who want to try to make it yourself.

Gentle Reminder:

1) Drained out the Peach from the syrup totally.

2) Use the expensive butter from the supermarket so it will have fragrant butter flavour.

3) Bake the Hazel nut and blend it to powder but do not overblend it to hazel nut butter.

4) Bake the dough for 10 to 15 minutes first before put the filling so the centre of dough

will baked evenly.

5) Put less 5 to 10 gram sugar for the crust and filling if dont like to eat too sweet.

6) If dont have hazel nut, can try to use baked groundnut but of cos groundnut is groundnut.

7) Dont make this pie to those who dont like to eat peach. Your pie dont have problem but it is

the peach.

8) Very simple and it just take you two hours including baking time to bake a peach pie.

9) You can change the filling if you are creative enough, if you can bake the dough successfully.

10) Enjoy Baking and Dont just bake once but twice, I guaranteed the second time be will better
than first time.

Property King or Property Queen

Investment is very important and is part of our life. I always encourage my friends to plan investment no matter in Share Market or Property.

That day, I met my primary school standard one classmate and share my investment experience to her. My friend now a beauty sallon owner and very successful in her carrer. I can see she is full of entrepenuer and business venture spirit.

My friend actually ask my opinion for purchasing a condo. So I just share my point of view and do few analysis with her by using some info in iproperty.com.my. Besides that I also recommend my friend to get all the books from Renersial Leong if she truelly want to start venture in Proerty Investment.

Dining

Since one of my friend cum client always bring me to dine in some nice restaurants. So I decide to cook a dinner for his family. I was telling my friend that I can cook several dishes but my this so called good friend and good brother do not believe I can cook. He even ask me do da pau dishes from restaurant.

Before the dinner night, I already went to pasar one day early and starting to prepare the dishes. Since I also know my friend's parents so they are my guests also. There was 8 dishes being served that day.

Just hope my guest enjoy the dishes. But I can see my best friend's eyes opened so big and round when I served the first dish. And my friend's mother(Auntie) even help me to mop my house after the dinner and chit chat with my mum till 11.30pm just like they are old friend but in fact they are first met......

Dining...... a process of getting excited(during invitation), getting tired(during preparation), getting enjoyment(during eating), getting relax( during joking and laughing), getting release(during guests leaving).......

Bad News and Good News

Monday morning my phone was ringing and I checked on my phone screen. I wondered why my this client call me so early and so I answered the call. The voice in the call is not my client but a guy sound.

The guy is my client's brother-in-law and he told me that his sister-in-law met an accident. My client was badly injured in the accident according to his brother-in-law. She was skidded under a lorry and need Bomba assistance to move my client out. My client was lost one hand and the backbone was badly injured and in critical stage for the whole day.

I told my client family not to worry about surgical fee but just hope and pray hard that my client can undergo the critical stage. I dont know how to describe my feeling because I just meet my client few days ago. I am thinking to give her a KFC voucher for birthday since she was nice to me since we know each other although she is a Malay girl. She is a happy go lucky girl and always share some gossips and joke to me.

I visited my client today and she was lying on the bed. The lower part of her body was paralysed and both legs wrapped by cement. She was sleeping and suffering. According to her family she still have to undergo few operations.

Just hope my client will be better soon...... so she can call me Ah Tian and joke to me again.

Happy Birthday

One day my client called me and say congratulation to me, I am shocked and asked her why congratulated me. She told me that her daughter is pregnant for 4 months and soon I will get new business. I also congratulated her back as she will become grandma.

So I went to bookstore and browsed around at Parenting Corner and managed to find this informative pregnancy guide book. This book named "Happy Birthday" and contains a VCD that records a labour process. By giving this book to my client, she was so thankful and text me to say thank you.

Because my client is English-educated and unable to read Chinese, if not there is another Chinese pregnancy guidebook is also perfect for mother-to-be.

Anyway just hope she have a " Happy Birthday "......in coming big day

That day accidentally met my friend at Cafe, I dont know how is his feeling but I know he is facing a kind of situation that only he know. Maybe I should not give commend on that night.

Mango

After planted the mango tree more than one year, the fruit of hard work is waiting to be pluck. The mango tree is only three feets tall when I newly bought but now the tree is higher than me. By keep on adding nutritious and fertile soil to the tree, the mango tree growing up and strong day by day.

I can imagine Golden Mango Sago Pamelo dessert is waiting me.....

Corn @ Jagung Susu

These is the Jagung Susu planted by my Mum. She just bought the corn seed from a Malay guy from pasar. She planted it and I almost help her to water the corn everyday. I also put some fertile soil to the corn plant.

Planting a corn is just like a waiting process. Waiting it to be grow up, waiting the bees come and pollinates, waiting it grow out as a shape of corn,waiting the corn to be harvest......

Life is waiting......

A creature stay in my Durian tree!

I just like this little creature. This little creature did not scare me even I stand one meter near to it. Maybe animal have instinct to differentiate wheather who is a treat or dangerous to them. Of cos I cant say I am very kind but at least I can say loudly I am not a dangerous one !!! Hope this creature enjoy it's life at my durian tree.
